Founded and lead an enterprise multi-agent AI platform on Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Firestore, Firebase) powered by Vertex AI / Gemini — a multi-agent system taken from concept to production. Own roadmap, delivery, and adoption; encode firm methodologies into skill-based agents that produce version-tagged, audit-traceable deliverables, cutting multi-day consulting work to on-demand output. Built AI governance (role-based access, an automated model-lifecycle steward) and accuracy guardrails, all under strict regional-only data-residency policy.

Planned and executed a 12,000-device enterprise Windows 11 migration with minimal disruption — using AI-assisted analytics for hardware-compatibility assessment, application readiness, and a sharper adoption strategy. Designed rollout approaches with senior leadership (in-place upgrades, White Glove provisioning, LTSC fallback), and tracked change readiness and adoption metrics through to stakeholders.

The first direct AI engagement — taken on straight after the National Grid AIOps program. Led assessment and grading of Microsoft Copilot (Entra) responses against a rubric for language accuracy, technical correctness, and user satisfaction. Partnered directly with Microsoft Engineering to lift the overall RSAT score by 20%, and shaped product-release decisions with data-driven insights.

Built a proactive digital-experience management capability with Nexthink across a 40,000-device estate — detecting and resolving issues before they became incidents — and ran end-to-end product management for IT Operations Management with Agile teams. Separately delivered a Quest enterprise backup & recovery program: plans, budgets, vendor management, restoration drills, and failover validation to guarantee recoverability.

Led a team of automation consultants, business analysts, and developers. Delivered 50+ RPA automations across HR, Finance, and Procurement, and assessed client infrastructure and provisioning processes to identify high-impact automation opportunities.

Data analysis, process assessment, and best-practice solutioning — translating business requirements into functional designs and owning test plans, change controls, and execution.

Where it started. Reconciled sales data from stores and bank files in a Sales Audit application on IBM AS/400 before posting to Oracle, ran root-cause analysis on defects, and handled weekly customer reviews and internal quality checks.
